Our prices do not include installation. We can arrange for goods to be installed after delivery, and it is quoted separately because the cost depends on the site, the ground conditions and the product. Call us on 01707 240388 and we will price it for you.

Prices shown include delivery to the UK mainland and exclude VAT at 20%. VAT is added at the checkout and shown separately on your invoice.

Yes. A 30 day credit account is available to schools, universities, colleges, the NHS, PCTs and local and parish councils. Send us your official purchase order, or email [email protected] and we will set the account up. We also accept BACS, cheque and pro forma invoice.

Yes, and most of our orders are placed this way. Every product page carries a quotation form where you can tell us the quantity you need, or you can call 01707 240388 or email [email protected]. We will come back to you with a written price.

Consumers have 14 days to cancel under the distance selling rules, as set out in our returns and refunds policy. For business customers, returning goods that are not faulty attracts a 30% handling charge of the invoiced value plus delivery and return shipping. Made to order and bespoke items cannot be returned unless defective. Anything faulty is put right at our cost.
