We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Delivery: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and exclude VAT. These are added to the total order amount.
- Next Day Delivery: Available for an additional charge if your order is placed by 1:00 PM on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank or public holidays). Contact us at 01707 240388 for pricing.
- Restricted Goods: Bespoke, made-to-order, or specially ordered goods are treated as separate orders and incur additional carriage charges, which will be quoted at checkout.

Delivery Areas

Delivery Timelines
Orders are fulfilled as follows:
- Consumer Orders: Delivered within 30 days of the Dispatch Confirmation email, unless a specific delivery date is agreed upon.
- Business Orders: Delivered within a reasonable time from the Dispatch Confirmation email.
- Next Day Delivery: Orders placed by 1:00 PM on a business day are delivered the next business day, subject to availability and carrier schedules.
All goods are subject to availability. If we have insufficient stock, we may cancel your order and notify you. We aim to meet agreed delivery timelines but are not liable for delays or damages in transit, including delays affecting installation schedules.
Delivery Process
We will deliver to the address provided during your order. You are responsible for ensuring the address is accurate and that someone is available to sign for and accept delivery. If a delivery is refused at the provided address, the goods will be returned to our warehouse, and a re-delivery charge will apply (based on the carrier used).
Inspecting Deliveries
Inspect all goods immediately upon delivery while the driver is present. If goods are damaged, refuse the delivery and write “Refused due to damage” on the consignment note, then hand the goods back to the driver.
