Consumer Returns (Non-Business Customers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer (not for business purposes), you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods without providing a reason, subject to the following:

  • Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order starting from the time you submit it until 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods. For orders with multiple items, this period starts when the last item is received.
  • How to Cancel: Inform us of your decision to cancel via a clear statement (e.g., email to [email protected] or call 01707 240388). You must send this before the 14-day period expires.
  • Returning Goods: Return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refund Process: We will issue a full refund, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. If we offer to collect the goods or if you cancel before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • Condition of Goods: You must take reasonable care of the goods. If the goods are damaged due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them (e.g., beyond what is allowed in a store), we may deduct the diminished value from your refund, up to the full contract price.
  • Non-Returnable Goods: Bespoke, made-to-order, personalized, customized, or specially ordered goods (Restricted Goods) cannot be returned unless defective.

Business Customer Returns

If you are purchasing as a business customer, returns of non-faulty goods are subject to the following:

  • Notification: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods to request a return (call 01707 240388 for authorization).
  • Condition: Goods must be unused, in their original condition, and securely repacked in original packaging.
  • Costs: A 30% handling charge of the invoiced value, plus delivery and return shipping costs, will be applied. If the original packaging is unsuitable for restocking, an additional re-boxing fee will apply.
  • Non-Returnable Goods: Restricted Goods cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

For both consumer and business customers:

  • Inspection at Delivery: Inspect goods upon delivery while the driver is present. If goods are damaged, refuse delivery and note “Refused due to damage” on the consignment note. Return the goods to the driver.
  • Post-Delivery Issues: If a defect or nonconformity is not apparent at delivery or manifests later, notify us within 7 days of discovery (email [email protected] or call 01707 240388). Do not use the goods after identifying the issue.
  • Refund/Replacement: We will examine returned goods and, if defective, provide a full refund (including delivery and return shipping costs) or a replacement within 30 days of confirming eligibility. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
